RETURNS POLICY

When placing your order with Neon Nights The Label, you automatically agree to all information below.

• All return requests must be made within 14 days from the order date.

• Items must be in original condition, in clean packaging, and must not have been worn.

• All packaging must be attached.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms

• We will not accept refunds for change of mind.

• We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items.

• Items must be in original packaging.

• Returns must be accompanied by your original return slip or a note including your name and order number. Without this information, we cannot identify returns.
  Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, incorrect size, or faults made by the customer.

Please note:

• Any and all returns sent back without an authorized online return request and a returns authorization form will not be accepted or processed.

• Neon Nights The Label is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.

• The returns postage will be at the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed.

How to Return and Exchange:

• Send us a reason for your return and attach a picture if the item is faulty.
