RETURNS POLICY
When placing your order with Neon Nights The Label, you automatically agree to all information below.
All return requests must be made within 14 days from the order date.
Items must be in original condition, in clean packaging, and must not have been worn.
All packaging must be attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bikini bottoms
We will not accept refunds for change of mind.
We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items.
Items must be in original packaging.
Returns must be accompanied by your original return slip or a note including your name and order number. Without this information, we cannot identify returns.
Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, incorrect size, or faults made by the customer.
Please note:
Any and all returns sent back without an authorized online return request and a returns authorization form will not be accepted or processed.
Neon Nights The Label is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
The returns postage will be at the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed.
How to Return and Exchange:
Please email us at neonnightsthelabel@gmail.com with the SUBJECT - RETURN.
Send us a reason for your return and attach a picture if the item is faulty.
International Shipping
We cannot ship to a PO box address.
International orders are shipped express from Sydney, Australia with DHL Express or EMS International or Fedex. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery takes approx 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times during holidays and to remote areas may take a little longer. For a smooth delivery process, please add a local phone number to your order. For example; for a USA delivery, add a USA phone number. If you need your order by a certain date, please add a note to your order to advise the date you need it by.
Alternatively, you may email us your full address and the expected delivery date to neonnightsthelabel@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. If there are any delays to your order dispatch, our Customer Service Team will inform you via email. Please make sure you add an active email address or WhatsApp number to your order. You will receive an automated email with tracking number once your order is dispatched. This email may go to your junk mail / spam folder. Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to edit or cancel your order.
If you choose to release the Signature option on your delivery and instruct the courier to leave a parcel unattended, we are not responsible for a lost/stolen parcel. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local delivery office as soon as possible to report the issue.
Please double check the delivery address, phone number and email address details on your order and make sure that someone will be a home to receive your parcel (especially if you will be out of town).
Neon Nights The Label does not accept undelivered shipments or 'Return to Sender' shipments back to Bali due to complicated Indonesian import regulations. Please email us to request a Return.
Import Duties (International)
We have been notified by customers who are experiencing high import duties on packages arriving to UK & Europe. Please shop wisely before you purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience.
You, the importer, are responsible for payment of import taxes to your country.
USA allows tax-free imports up to the value of USD800
New Zealand allows tax-free imports up to the value of NZD1,000
UK allows tax-free imports up to £135
Neon Nights The Label does not calculate or collect import duties.
Neon Nights The Label is not responsible for any import duties payable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulation regarding importing goods and these may change at any time. Please contact your local customs/tax office for more details.
Neon Nights The Label does not accept 'Return to Sender' shipments back to Sydney due to complicated import regulations. If you refuse to pay the duties and refuse your shipment, all import duties payable to receive the shipment back to Neon Nights The Label office in Australia will be deducted from any refund available.
Lost / Stolen Shipments
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen, we require you, the customer, to lodge an investigation via DHL and we will also do the same from our end.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels that were delivered while you were on vacation. You are responsible for making sure that someone is home to receive your parcel or for arranging an alternative delivery option in your absence.
We will endeavour to replace your item once the investigation is complete and if we cannot replace the item we will offer you a store credit.
We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
