SHIPPING PROCEDURE
CHOICE OF COURIER
- All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
- Once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
- You may have the option to request Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. If you provide Australia Post with an Authority to Leave, risk of loss or damage to parcels will pass onto you and we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED
- In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at neonightsthelabel@gmail.com. Once the package has been declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.
- If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at neonightsthelabel@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.
- Orders placed that contain a pre-order item will be shipped once all items are in stock. Please do not use PO box delivery addresses. Please remember to specify levels or unit numbers. Neon Nights The Label will not be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or experience failed delivery attempts for any reasons.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
- Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Australia, you may be charged custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
- Neon Nights The Label takes no responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your local government.
- Neon Nights The Label are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the International shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and custom duties. For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
