14 days from order date 

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you. 

WHAT WE ACCEPT

Items must be: 
✓ In original, unworn condition
✓ In clean, original packaging with all tags attached
✓ In re-sellable condition
✓ Accompanied by your original return slip or order number

 WHAT WE DON'T ACCEPT

✗ Bikini bottoms (hygiene reasons) 
✗ Sale or promotional items
✗ Change of mind purchases (unfortunately)
✗ Customer sizing errors or damage caused by customer
✗ Items without return slip or order number

HOW TO RETURN

2. Subject: "RETURN"
3. Include: Reason for return + photo if faulty + your name & order number
4. We'll send you return instructions & a shipping label (if applicable)

RETURN COSTS

- Return postage: At your expense (we can't cover this)

We're not responsible for parcels lost in transit 
- Return without authorization: We cannot accept or process

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive and inspect your return:

5-7 business days: We process your refund

 5-10 business days: Refund appears in your original payment method (Bank processing times vary)

LOST RETURNS

If your return parcel is lost in transit:

We are not responsible—postage is at your expense

 You can file a claim with your courier

EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT

- Don't accept refunds for change of mind, sizing errors, or customer damage

Exchanges available only for items within return window & original condition

 Store credit available as alternative to refund (upon request)
